Martyna has been in Ashoka since June 2015, first in charge of preparing the Social Innovation Map, later launching the Changemaker Schools program and selecting the first 6 schools.

She is currently searching for and selecting new Ashoka Fellows and provide a support for Ashoka Fellows and Central and Eastern Europe as well as seeking new connections between people, organizations, sectors and cultures.

The role of Martyna comes from her experiences as storyteller and leader of social initiatives, as well as form activities at the crossroads of sectors and cultures. Martyna graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Poznan University of Economics with a degree in Social Politics and also studied 5 years of psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
